How Lexoford pricing works
Every figure on this page is built from two separate parts: the free zone and government fees, which Lexoford passes through at cost with no mark-up, and the Lexoford service fee, which is a flat fee based on how many residence visas you need.
Lexoford's three service-fee tiers: Starter at AED 3,999 (licence + 1 visa), Business at AED 4,999 (licence + 3 visas + Small Business Relief (SBR) eligibility check), and Premium at AED 7,999 (licence + 5 visas + CT + VAT; ERP included). 0–1 visa: Starter AED 3,999. 2–3 visas: Business AED 4,999. 5 visas: Premium AED 7,999. Each additional visa adds AED 1,000 service fee beyond the visas your tier includes.
As a worked example: an Ajman Free Zone company with no residence visas still uses the Starter service fee: government fees AED 5,565 + service fee AED 3,999 = AED 9,564, with year-two renewal at the same service fee. An SPC or Shams licence without visas starts from AED 6,885 in zone fees. For a single freelancer, the Ajman freelance permit starts at AED 6,010 without a visa, or AED 12,131 with one residence visa included. Mainland Dubai works differently: government fees usually run AED 10,000–15,000 plus 5% of annual office rent, so Lexoford prices it case by case.
The calculator prices Ajman, SPC, Shams, Meydan, IFZA and RAK free zones from current official rate cards, including the difference between applicants inside and outside the UAE where it applies. IFZA also offers 2-, 3- and 5-year licence terms at 15–30% discounts; RAK includes up to 10 activities in the licence fee. Lexoford quotes DMCC and mainland Dubai individually.
IFZA Authorized Professional Partner, SHAMS Authorized Partner, and Expo City Dubai Free Zone Channel Partner. Can assist with company registration in Meydan Free Zone, DMCC, RAKEZ and SPC Free Zone, and on Dubai mainland.
How much does it cost to set up a company in the UAE?
A lean free zone company with no residence visas still uses the Starter service fee: government fees AED 5,565 + service fee AED 3,999 = AED 9,564 (Ajman free zone, passed through at cost; SPC and Shams licences start from AED 6,885 in zone fees). Mainland Dubai typically involves AED 10,000–15,000 in government fees plus 5% of annual rent, priced case by case.
Does Lexoford Services mark up government fees?
No. Free zone and government fees are passed through at cost and itemised separately from the Lexoford service fee.
Is the calculator result a quotation?
No. It is an indicative estimate based on current free zone rate cards, which the authorities may change. Final pricing is confirmed at application.
